However, these sachets were more like pouches which are still in use today. Go to different grocery stores and you will see that almost all products are now available in small packets. Harmful chemicals on containers and packets may cause health problems in the long run. This is also an issue with bottles, cans, and packs used in packing food products. That is why material inspection for sachets is necessary. Sachets for various products should also be made of tough material that can withstand different forces, as mentioned above. However, the material should not be too tough that it takes forever to open it. Material compatibility is also an issue especially with chemical products. On my personal opinion, the use of sachets is a brilliant idea. Because sachets are ideal to introducing a new product into a prospective market. Free samples of products may be given to a huge number of people for free trials with small sachets packed. Hence, mass production of small sachets for marketing purposes is one of the most efficient ways to gain customers.
I think a company must be selective to choose the material of sachets for their product. Because, sachets are not only use to package a product. But also to keep the product stay good insides. So, toughness of sachet material is really important.
Iam agree with the statement that says “Today's health professionals are concerned about the growing number of plastics with toxic contents”. I think we need to do an inspection to the material of sachets before packaging our products. Because, if we choose the wrong material to our sachets, our customer will be disappointed for our product. So, it can affects to our income.
Nowadays, a company prefer to use sachets from other company because they don’t want to pay much money again to make sachets for their product. I think it is more effective and efficient for a company. They just need to contract sachets fillers to handle packaging job.
